When you are green, you are growing. Once you start to turn red, you are expiring. Don’t you want to always stay green then? As an entrepreneur, one thing that you should realize is that the world never stays the same.

    What a great post Tony! My Italian grandmother says: "you're either green and growing or ripe and rotten." I tell my clients that commitment to learning and staying cutting edge is key, but don't just learn it is a half cocked way - it's about your credibility to move for your customers.
